Advancing the Mission Stewardship Campaign

Sent in Your Commitment Card?

A HUGE THANK YOU if you did. If not, please return your Advancing the Mission Commitment Card to the parish office at your earliest convenience. So far we have received $927,774.00 in pledge commitments from our parish donors and families. That is 16% of our goal and a wonderful start! Your support is greatly appreciated and needed! Your participation will help us renew our parish vibrancy:
  • Improve accessibility throughout the church and enhance our worship experience.
  • Refurbish & update the church interior including new pews, flooring, and Eucharistic Adoration Chapel.
  • Foster community through the addition of a gathering space, youth area, and Parish Center.
With God's help, this can be something each of us can be proud of - working together to achieve our goals as a faith community of St. Agnes Parish.

What Will Advancing the Mission Do for St. Agnes Parish?

St. Agnes Parish Advancing the Mission Stewardship Campaign goal (image)

"Lord, what do you want to do through me
for my parish and my diocese?"

Advancing the Mission Stewardship Campaign

In Advancing the Mission, every parish of the diocese engages in a Stewardship Campaign. The campaign has two main purposes. The first purpose is to engage every parish in strengthening its stewardship of prayer, service, and generous sharing. The second purpose is to raise funds for each of the five areas identified by the diocese for support. These five areas are fostering Vibrant Parishes, Leadership Development, Evangelization, Life-long Education and Priestly Care. The first funds received in the campaign are for the current year's Bishop's Appeal, so no separate appeal is needed. After that, up to $710,000 will be split 50/50, half the money raised in the campaign stays with St. Agnes Parish to strengthen parish ministry through our ASPIRE project. The other half funds the four long-term goals (Leadership Development, Evangelization, Life-long Catechesis, and Priestly Retirement) of the whole diocese through the creation of endowments. Monies raised after that stay 100% in the parish.

Let the Spirit guide
your commitment decision

"The wind blows where it wills, and you can hear the sound it makes,
but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes;
so it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit."

- John 3:8

Please Pray for Advancing the Mission

Please pray our Aspiring to Advance the Mission Stewardship prayer often! Our Advancing the Mission Prayer Team recently revised the Stewardship prayer written by the Diocese of Green Bay to fit the St. Agnes Parish campaign. All are encouraged to live a life of prayer, service and sharing. Stewardship is an every day activity. Please include this prayer in your daily prayers. Thank you!

"Lord, what do you want to do,
through me,
