Holy Eucharist

EUCHARISTIC MINISTERS

This ministry affords the opportunity to share in the Liturgy in a very special way. By volunteering to be an Eucharistic Minister, we are better able to recognize the Lord in the people being served and in the very action of serving. Eucharistic Ministers assist in distributing the Eucharist at all masses on weekends and Holy Days. Training is provided, and no monthly meetings are necessary! You will be able to designate your mass preference times, switch times with others if that becomes necessary, and you will also be provided with a substitute list for backup. Informational updates and schedules for 4-month intervals are available in the sacristy prior to the schedule taking effect. Call Gloria De Beck at 499-8684.

The cup of Christ

EUCHARISTIC MINISTERS TO THE HOMEBOUND

We also need volunteers to minister to the shut-ins. Teams consist of 3–4 members who go to the homes of our parish members and distribute communion once a week (Sundays). You are normally asked to do this once a month in your 4-person team. Call Dave Daniels at 499-7514.
